RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return an item you must decide to do so within 7 days of receiving your goods, please call or email to confirm our returns procedure and to make us aware of an item being returned. Anybody failing to do this will have their returned item refused. Please be aware that there may be a restocking fee the amount of which you will be told when asking to make a return.

Chains are made up from a reel to the length you specify so are deemed a tailor made customised product and therefore are not eligible for returns. If you are unsure what type and length of chain you require please check with us first.

If you have ordered goods and they are damaged on arrival we can only exchange these if the consignment has been opened in front of the courier driver and he has been made aware of any problem/damages, we cannot accept any liability for damages discovered after this time.

Chainsaw Supplies cannot accept responsibility for any item damaged in transit or once delivered.

Please open deliveries with the courier driver present so he can witness any damage which may have occurred in transit.

Goods can only be returned if the item is unopened, the seal remains unbroken & the item is in a resaleable condition.

Chainsaw Supplies will make a restocking charge for items returned.

Clothing may only be returned if the tags are still attached, in the original packaging & in a resaleable condition.
